The hotel provided us with a memorable experience overall, featuring beautiful pool areas and a variety of engaging activities. The staff's attentiveness truly made a difference, addressing our concerns promptly. While the room configuration could have been better for sound isolation, the spaciousness was appreciated. The dining experience could use some enhancement as not all meals met our expectations, but we certainly enjoyed the poolside atmosphere and services offered at the spa.
